Critical Performance Areas • Responsible for laboratory maintenance and cleaning of all areas, equipment, tools and machinery in laboratory. • Assist staff with preparation of practical sessions and setting out of materials needed for practical sessions. • Assist with stocktaking, stock planning, procurement and receiving stock from suppliers. • Packing and moving of all stock items into storeroom and maintenance of neat and ordered storeroom. • Assist with the compliance of all National Health and Safety rules and regulations. • Make sure that students in the laboratory are working safely and observing all health and safety rules and regulations.
