The Data Analyst along with the Design and Enablement team, will drive data driven problem solutions with a particular focus on modernisation initiatives across SARS. Job Purpose SARS is looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Specialist Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing data, generating insights, and developing data-driven strategies to improve business performance. Your work will be well oiled by our data. We want you to better understand our data and come up with cutting-edge insights and solutions to further enhance our service offering. Education and Experience Minimum Qualification & Experience Required Relevant Bachelor’s Degree / Advanced Diploma (NQF 7) in (Informatics/Computer Science/Statistics/IT) AND 8-10 years’ experience in Data Engineering / Business Data Intelligence / Data Science, of which 3-4 years at the operational specialist level Alternative# Senior Certificate (NQF 4) Informatics/Computer Science/Statistics/IT) AND 15 years in Data Engineering / Business Data Intelligence / Data Science experience with 3-4 years at the operational specialist level. Job Purpose As a Lead Benefit Realisation Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and managing internal investment opportunities within the organization. You will work closely with various departments to develop and implement strategies that optimize our internal capital investments and drive business growth. You will also be required to provide expertise and advice, facilitate the formulation, review, and monitoring of the Enterprise Resource Plan. Disburse funds by managing the Benefit Realisation Management Framework. Monitor and review projects and assess whether the organisation has met its capital investment goals. Minimum Qualification & Experience Required Relevant Honours / Postgraduate Diploma (NQF 8) in Business, Finance AND minimum 10-12 years' experience in benefit realization, project management or Finance, with 3-4 years at a specialist level. #Alternative Relevant bachelor’s degree / Advanced Diploma (NQF 7) in Business, Finance AND minimum 12 - 15 years’ experience in benefit realization, project management or Finance with 3-4 years at a specialist level.
