Requirements: • Relevant commerce undergraduate degree • Postgraduate qualification MBA/ M.Com/ MFI/MSc/CA/CFA/Engineering and/or any relevant Master’s degree or professional qualifications • Deep experience in executing private equity transactions in the private sector (non-DFI) gained from working in any of the following types of institutions:
• Strong understanding and experience in negotiating legal agreements in private equity transactions; • Track record in negotiating and structuring complex transactions relating to the following instruments;
