PROPERTY PRACTITIONERS REGULATORY AUTHORITY (PPRA) OFFICER — LICENSING AND REGISTRATIONS X6 (Temporary) Head Office OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY The role is responsible for the provision of the effective, efficient and accurate administration of FFC registrations and licensing processes. REQUIREMENTS • A National Diploma (NQF 6) or equivalent. • A Bachelor’s Degree would be of an advantage. • Minimum 2 years working experience, in a similar environment. • Good background knowledge and understanding of Government policy and legal compliance issues in the Public Sector. • Computer literacy -MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet Explorer) at an intermediate level. • Previous working experience on Paper-trail system will be an added advantage. • Good Verbal and Written Communication. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • To support the optimization of the section/unit. • To implement the effective and efficient Licensing processes for PPRA. • Liaise with Investigate, Mediation, Adjudication unit to verify the evidence that the applicant is eligible to be registered as a Property Practitioner. • Capture the applicant’s information and upload all the supporting document into the system. • Conduct project administration, record keeping and produce project related reports. • Engage in problem solving and continuous improvement to maximize output area. • Deliver optimal customer service to customers that adds value to the business. • Build and maintain healthy sustainable and mutual beneficial relationships with stakeholders.
