PRIVATE SECURITY INDUSTRY REGULATORY AUTHORITY (PSIRA) The Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority (PSiRA) with its head office in Eco Park - Centurion is the statutory body regulating the private security industry in South Africa. PSiRA is looking for dynamic experienced and suitably qualified professionals to take up these challenging positions. It is the intention of the Authority to promote representative through the filling of these position. JUNIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER R 318 409 basic salary p/a plus benefits (Centurion) Requirements: National Diploma/ Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent qualification● Minimum of 2 years graphic design working experience ●Ideal candidates must have proven experience in Adobe suite (In design, Adobe illustrator and Adobe Photoshop) Experience in Coral draw and other design software will be an added advantage ●Recognition of Prior Leaning (RPL) and applicable knowledge and experience on the Job may be considered during the selection process. Essential criteria: A strong understanding of design principles ●Creatively develop and process new ideas for campaigns● UX and UI design skills ●General understanding of private security industry in South Africa● A high level of understanding of brand/marketing management● Good working knowledge of Microsoft office applications● High Concern for quality and order● Outstanding verbal and writing skills● Time management skills. Key Performance Areas: Design artwork for Marketing and advertising needs (posters, flyers, booklets, newsletters, emails signatures, etc) ● creating videos for online platforms, billboards, in-house television at branches ● Shooting and editing videos ● Recording voice overs● Designing graphics for social and digital media content (motion graphics and animations) Understanding and interpretation of Corporate Identity Manual ● Conceptualise campaigns for different marketing platforms ● meeting deadlines, understanding briefs and generating reports.
