OMBUD FOR FINANCIAL SERVICES PROVIDERS (FAIS OMBUD) HUMAN RESOURCE ADMINISTRATOR Pretoria, South Africa The Office of the Ombud for Financial Services Providers (FAIS Ombud) was established by the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act, 37 of 2002 (FAIS Act). Its objective is to consider and dispose of complaints in a procedurally fair, informal, economical, and expeditious manner and by reference to what is equitable in all circumstances. The FAIS Ombud offices are located in the east of Pretoria in Gauteng. In order to discharge its mandate, the FAIS Ombud seeks to appoint an HR Administrator to support the Human Resource Department’s operations and activities and to provide HR Administrative duties to the Head of HR. Job Purpose Provide general human resources administration support to various human resources functions, which includes recruitment and selection, induction of staff, performance management, employee relations, organisational development, employee wellness, learning and development and any other HR areas as required. Requirements: Matric certificate or equivalent. National Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent. A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in the Human Resources field. Experience in Human Resources administration and diary management. Knowledge of Human Resource policies, procedures, and practices. Knowledge of South African labor law. Key Performance Areas:

This structured programme is specifically designed to produce a pipeline of competent trainee entrants to the labour market. Duration – The duration of the programme is twelve (12) months.
