CUSTOMER SERVICE CONSULTANT CONTRACT TYPE: TEMPORARY JOB GRADE: PEROMNES 10 REPORTING TO: ADMINISTRATION OFFICER LOCATION: GEORGE, WESTERN CAPE KEY DELIVERABLES: The Customer Service Consultant is responsible for ensuring that NHBRC customers experience the highest level of service by providing information in response to service inquiries, and processing builder registrations, membership renewal and new home enrolments in order to fulfill the NHBRC mandate according to the Housing Consumer Protection Act No. 95 of 1998.
