MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB Prime contributor to the development of the Land Bank Insurance (LBI’s) strategic plan/corporate plan in support of the Head of Risk and Strategy. To produce strategy documents which are instrumental in facilitating the definition and execution of the LBI strategy and to lead the planning process to achieve the intended objectives and positioning of the Insurance through strategy themes. Responsible for the monitoring, evaluating and reporting on the execution of the Insurance ’s Corporate Strategic Plan – including the Insurance ’s Corporate Performance Scorecard, Quarterly Reports to National Treasury, and the Integrated Annual Report. Key Performance Areas 1. Design, coordinate and implement a monitoring and evaluation framework to enable LBI to report on the outcomes/results of the LBI strategy, in particular its development impact
2. Support corporate reporting framework by providing content for the Integrated Report, Corporate Plan and other mandatory/regulatory reports
3. Provide Input and Support in other Product Development Projects
4. Project manage and facilitate the Strategy Planning Process for the Insurance Business
5. Monitor, Evaluate and Report Progress for internal (Insurance) and external (including shareholder/National Treasury, regulator and other Key Stakeholders) communication.

This includes identification and management of all relevant stakeholders and brokers in the province.
