KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS: • Conduct reviews of all systems to ensure that effective IT (Information Technology) security controls consistent with policies are in place for each system. • Advocating security and security practices throughout the organisation. • Provide input into drafting and implementing security policies and procedures. • Assist in planning and testing upgrades on all security-related infrastructure. • Participate in penetration testing. • Participate in IT Security awareness training on a regular basis. • Identify and implement solutions to help neutralize security vulnerabilities. • Monitor systems for irregular behaviour and set up preventive measures. • Conducting research to identify attack vectors against the organisation. • Assist with the Information Security plans to resolve gaps identified from audits, risk assessments or vulnerability scans. • Review and analyse security alerts and vulnerability notices from vendors and other security sources. • Participate in risk assessments of IT infrastructure and applications and make recommendations for improvements. • Review and analyse security logs generated by security systems and recommend appropriate actions. EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: • Relevant IT diploma or equivalent to NQF 5 qualification • Relevant Cybersecurity or IT Security certification • Minimum 3 years Cyber Security experience • Valid Cisco CCNA certification • Minimum 3 years Firewall management experience • Minimum 2 years Cloud Security Experience • Cloud Security certification – such as, Security Administrator Associate, Microsoft Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals, Microsoft Security Operations Analyst, • Minimum 2 years Vulnerability management experience Advantageous: • ITIL / COBIT Foundation certification • Ethical Hacking • Digital Forensics • ISO27001 • NIST • Any of the following certification (s) CRISC, CISM, CGEIT, CISSP, CCSP APPLY TO THIS JOB HR OPERATION MANAGER Organizational Unit Financial Intelligence Centre -> Corporate Services -> Human Resources Job Type Permanent Education Bachelors Degree or equivalent Career Level Professional Location Pretoria - Centurion, GP 0157 ZA (Primary) Travel No Travel Required Desired Race African, Coloured, Indian Desired Gender Not Applicable Closing Date 13/6/2024 Job Description The purpose of this job is to provide HR administration service to FIC and ensure compliance. Key Performance Areas: • Manage day to day HR administration matters. • Manage the administration of the HR life cycle (e.g. recruitment, compensation, training and development, performance management, talent reviews and terminations etc.) in accordance with the applicable legislation and internal policy and procedures. • Manage employee records in line with the applicable legislation and internal policy and procedures. • Facilitate the development of strategic resource planning and staffing plans to meet recruitment needs. • Manage the implementation of the onboarding programme for new employees. • Facilitate the implementation of the organizational transformation initiatives including Employment Equity. • Manage the implementation/operationalization of talent management initiatives • Manage the HR information system • Compile HR reports as required including conducting presentation where applicable • Conduct ongoing evaluation of HR administration services (e.g. through surveys) to understand and anticipate organization needs, guide for future improvements and determine priorities. • Ensure delivery of quality HR administration service to the organisation • Develop and maintain HR policies, systems and procedures ensure an alignment to the HR framework and applicable legislation • Empower and guide managers and employees on HR framework and employment legislation to ensure compliance • Support other HR functions • Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of the direct reports • Manage staff performance and development Education, Skills and Experience • Human Resources Degree (NQF 7) or equivalent • +7 years’ experience in human resources • +3 years’ experience managing HR operations/administration • Operational knowledge of payroll systems and managing BCEA requirements • A proven track record of managing HRIS and implementing HR administration processes/systems APPLY TO THIS JOB
