Maintenance of project commitment register. Provide administration support to the General Manager: Projects. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, COMPETENCIES & SKILLS: • A BCom degree • Project Management • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience • Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets; • Administration and computer skills (MS Office) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Accuracy and attention to detail. • Strong analytical skills • Excellent time management and organisational skills. • Work in team-oriented environment • Strong service orientated approach; • Uphold the highest standards of compliance and confidentiality • Must be able to use own initiative and handle pressure • An understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment. • Professional approach to time, costs and deadlines. BEHAVIOURAL DIMENSIONS REQUIRED: • Brand leadership • Positive influence capabilities • Independence • Precision • Cognitive application of coherent principles • Confidentiality KEY PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES • Conduct project monitoring through desk-top evaluation of reports and site visits and compile reports for payment, remedial and project delivery improvement purposes • Review and process invoices • Prepare payments • Prepare financial reports and statements • Reconcile ledgers and accounts • Assist management with Discretionary Grant Memorandum of Agreement and finalization of the Discretionary Grants Commitments Register • Monitor the commitments register • Conduct stakeholder communication and liaison regarding the delivery of projects; • Contribute to the development and maintenance of stakeholder databases and project implementation databases on the MIS • Input data and other functional information to the MIS and other organizational information systems; • Manages the project database. • Update internal records and maintain an organized file system • Reviews project activities for compliance with procedures and standards. • Prepare for annual audits • Co-ordinate the invitation, evaluation and approval of discretionary fund applications for the delivery of designated projects; • Uphold the highest standards of compliance and confidentiality • Input data and other functional information to the MIS and other organisational information systems; NB: CVs should be forwarded to [email protected].
