AGRÉMENT SOUTH AFRICA TECHNICAL GROUP LEADER: RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT Remuneration : R861 618.00 per annum Reference number : ASA00031/2020 Purpose of the job To support Agrément South Africa in achieving its objects, as per Agrément South Africa Act, Act 11 of 2015. To provide leadership and strategic direction to the Research & Development Department of ASA, fulfil its core functions of assessment, certification, quality control and research and development of non-standardised and innovative construction products and systems.
Qualifications • A Degree in the Built Environment discipline • 6 years’ work experience in the relevant field • Experience in research work • 2- 3 years’ Project Management experience Added advantage: A Post Graduate Degree in a built environment discipline Skills, experience and competencies • Project Management • Leadership and mentoring • Knowledge of standards • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and capturing information and attention to detail • Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information • Analytical • Coordination • Presentation • Technical Report Writing and • Strategic Planning and organization The candidate will be subjected to integrity checks before appointment is made.
